Dr Jean Burgess is a Senior Research Fellow in the Creative Industries Faculty, Queensland University of Technology, and Deputy Director of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries & Innovation. She is the co-author of YouTube: Online Video and Participatory Culture.
